This FAQ section will describe all main questions we had about our shipping policy as deliver areas, timing, pricing, conditions and other shipping information that my be of your help.
Currently MISWEAR does not operate retail store, and office addresses in Taipei and Hong Kong do not provide fitting services.
If the size does not match, within the 15-day appreciation period, we provide return service.
MISWEAR shoes are handcrafted and are based on European sizes. Since each brand has its unique foot template, the size may fit or not be suitable for you. We suggest choosing your original size if you're purchasing for the first time.
We offer a free return service within 15 days, so don't worry and shop now!
Our goods are directly imported from Spain, and restocking may not always be quick and guaranteed.
We advise keeping an eye on the product of your interest to avoid missing out on any replenishment stock. Alternatively, you may wait for the new collection, scheduled to launch next year.
Free shipping to Taiwan
Orders over NT$1500 (additional shipping charge of NT$200 if threshold is not reached)
Free shipping to Hong Kong
orders over HK$399 (HK$45 for orders not meeting the threshold)
Free shipping to China
orders over 480¥ (additional shipping charge of 75¥ if threshold is not met)

Since the goods are handcrafted in Spain, it is unfortunate that we are unable to provide shoe repair or maintenance services.
If the defective product is received, please apply for return within 15 days.

Returns and exchanges
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy and need to return following are the question you may have in mind.
Go to your member page and find the order you want to return and click the return button.
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for the following reasons:
- Don't like the product
- Product is too big/small
- Product is damaged
- The product does not match the product ordered
- The product is not properly packaged or other circumstances.
[Please note] MISWEAR does not offer "unconditional returns".
Return Eligibility: Your item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging you received it in.

Please click directly on your order to check the progress of the return and refund. We will also send you an Email notification. Normally, the process takes between 14 - 21 working days.
Once a customer’s order has been confirmed, we cannot make any changes. The only options are to cancel the order or request a return once you have received the item.
