What is the return and exchange policy?

At MISWEAR, as Native Digital Brand, we are committed to quality after-sales support to offer the best service to our customers.  'Changed your mind? No worries!!' RETURNING ORDERS AND EXCHANGES ARE FREE AND EASY

You can change any product purchased in our online store, either by different size, color or different item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money. The refund will be made in the same method payment of placed order. 

For CREDIT CARD and PAYPAL the amount will be returned in an estimated time of 10-14 days, for cases of CASH ON DELIVERY (only available in Spain and Portugal) you must indicate in our return form a NAME, BANK NAME  and BANK ACCOUNT (IBAN/SWIFT) number to issue the refund within an estimated period of 10-14 days.

 


What should I do to return an item?


If you are not registered:

Return can be made through our Return and Exchange form or, if you prefer, you can contact us through email at devoluciones@miswear.com writing your order number, item, size and reason of return. 


If you are registered: 

Please sign in your Miswear Control Panel entering your username and password. If you do not remember you password you can reset on recover password from

  1. Click on  "Order History and details"
  2. Click on "Details" to select the order from which you want to make the return.
  3. Select the product or products you wish to return by checking the box next to the item.
  4. Introduce the amount to be returned in case it is more than one product.
  5. Please give us a brief explanation of the reason why you return the item to help us to improve our service.
  6. Finally, click on " RMA refund voucher"

Once your return order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the remboursement with the same payment method you used to place the order. The payment may take a maximum period of 15 working days.

** If you have purchased from the Canary Islands and want to make a return or exchange, you must make it through the shipping system that you consider most appropriate. If the return is due to a defect in the quality of the product, we will pay the cost of the shipment. 

 


How long you have for returns?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. 

 

What should I do to request a exchange of size or style?

Please contact us through our Return and Exchange form and let us know the reason of exchange. After, you can proceed to order the new item in exchange. We will send a courier to pick up the product at your address. The products must be returned in the same shipping box to ensure proper protection of the item. Once the return is accepted, we will proceed with the reimbursement. 

 


How and when do I receive the refund?

After checking that the item has been returned in good condition, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the reimbursement at the same payment method you used when placing the order. In the case of having selected Cash on Delivery (only available in Spain and Portugal), we will make a transfer to your bank account. The reimbursement will take place within a maximum period of 15 working days.

 

What to do if I do not receive the reimbursement?

We inform you that to receive the refund the order or item must have been accepted by our quality department. This process may take a few days from the date of collection.

If you think that your refund should be reflected in your account and it has not yet, please check in your Miswear Control Panel by clicking on My Returns.

If after a while your refund does not appear in your account, please contact us through the Customer Service form indicating the order number.
