Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy. You can request a return within 15 days of receiving the order for the following reasons: if he/she dislikes the product; if the product is too big/small, damaged, does not correspond to the product ordered, or if it is not actually in the package or otherwise. Please remember that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- After applying returns, it will take about 2-3 business days for a door-to-door pick-up service. (Please ensure you are able to be contact)
- The entire refund process will take about 20-30 business days to complete. We will process your refund as soon as possible. Please be patient and wait.
MISWEAR reserves the right to not reimburse in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or the original packaging is missing or damaged.
- Return code and/or order number are missing
- Unauthorised or after return deadline
To complete your return, please apply at account.miswear.com within 15 days after receiving the goods.
For order delivered outside of Hong Kong (SAR) & Taiwan (ROC), return costs and customs duties are to be paid by the USER unless otherwise instructed.we require to send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Receipt or proof of purchase (Order number is enough!)
- Purchase Date
- Purchaser Name
- Telephone No.
- Explanation of reason of refund. In case of defect, damage must be described in detail and photos must be attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days from the receipt of the product. The time required to process the refund of the amount may vary depending on the payment method used
If the refund is denied, we will inform you of the reasons why by the same means and we will make the product available for you in the same conditions and packaging as we received it in, so that you order its collection.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

At MISWEAR, we strive to provide the best customer experience. In order to expedite service and streamline procedures, we only offer returns services instead of product exchanges in the same delivery.
Please note that the process of returning your product and receiving the replacement order are independent operations that will not be handled under a send-and-receive arrangement. It is necessary to make a return request for the product and create a new order.
